Based on our extensive on-going market research, our buyers agents identify target investment grade areas and asset types, based on strict investment criteria to complement the investor's personal circumstances and goals. 

 I will act as your personal property investment advisor/coach, available 24/7 to answer any questions and hold your hand to guide you through the entire investment process, including introductions to trusted service providers, such as mortgage brokers, solicitors/conveyancers, building & pest inspectors, property managers and various tradespeople.
